@sebastienhaddouk
Sébastien Haddouk started his career in front of the camera as an actor before training as a director. Self-taught and talented, he rapidly got himself noticed and filmed several documentaries on cultural phenomena in the fashion world. His excellent portraits "Hipstérie" and "Cagole Forever" explore, in particular, the relationship to dress codes of those who like to dress up and those who look at them.
Fashion is also a testing ground that Sébastien Haddouk looks at from multiple perspectives. At the same time as his documentaries, he released several films for big names in fashion and cosmetics including Yves-saint Laurent, Guerlain, Lancôme, Chopard, Aurelie Bidermman, Sandro and Fursac.
These films are short fictions in which his poetic aesthetics are scattered with references to the big screen, one of his major sources of inspiration. Sébastien Haddouk has just finished his latest short film, "La Plaine Verte", and is working on the production of his first feature film.
What’s a must-have for you, at work? Kindness and trust, two essential key elements.
